Overcharge: Overcharge means that the charging current of the battery is greater than the acceptable current of the battery. This overcharge will be converted into heat and increase the temperature of the battery. This will easily cause “thermal runaway” for a long time, which will cause the capacity of the battery to drop sharply and deform. And there are hidden dangers of explosion and combustion, so we must prevent the battery from overcharging, provide the charging voltage value in strict accordance with the regulations, and make overcharge protection.
One control refers to controlling the ambient temperature of the battery.
Whether the ambient temperature is too high or too low, it will also affect the capacity of the battery and shorten its service life. First of all, it is best to choose lithium batteries instead of gel batteries in terms of battery selection. Lithium batteries are cold-resistant or heat-resistant. The performance is better.
If the battery is buried in the ground, it should be buried a little deeper, at least 40 cm. On the one hand, it can reduce the influence of temperature, on the other hand, it can also prevent flooding and prevent water from affecting the battery.
